Is it possible to export projects made with Simply Cube to be embeddable into a web page. If not could it be made possible with some type of plug-in. Is this something you guys have looked into or are thinking of implementing in the near future?

for now we can't embed the SimplyCube engine into a web page. But it's something we've definitely identified as an "high priority" feature and planned for 2011. It could be either a plugin (3D player) or directly using HTML5.
